Nowadays we suffer from the development of our societies. Different types of people need to interact with each other, but they see changes from different perspectives and different eyes.
Some people see change as an opportunity to improve or grow; other people see change as an opportunity to display the knowledge gained during their life, which they can show by criticizing and being skeptical.
Without the ego in the picture, it could be a perfect combination. Unfortunately, entrepreneurs see their ideas as a treasure without flexibility, and skeptical people see those treasure as a threat to be avoided.
Many people live in the same environment for many years doing the same thing or doing nothing. This can develop a comfortable status. The more comfortable the people are, the bigger their egos tend to be. The more convinced innovators are of their ideas, the less flexible are they after receiving feedback. The more knowledge the people have, the more resistant they are to change.
There is no right or wrong; there are no bad ideas or erroneous knowledge. There are ideas and knowledge matched incorrectly.
Just separate yourself from the environment, where you’ve been living for many years. Go outside, but not outside of your city or your country.
To find a good match just go outside of yourself, your ideas and your knowledge, and share with people what you never shared before. Perhaps there is something that you have been protecting all the time from the others.
Perhaps this treasure or knowledge that you were hiding is what you really want to share.
Sometimes is nice to share some emotions like doubts, worries, fears, happiness, sadness, satisfaction, and uncertainty. This list tends to be longer and interesting.
Honestly, sharing and perceiving emotions can create connections between different types of people. Make misunderstandings understood. Match interesting ideas with compatible knowledge.
